As any responsible businessman ask them these questions:

 

Do they charge a minimum fee even if I don't factor that month?

Do they charge any monthly fees?

Do they charge per-invoice fee?

Do they charge an annual facility or renewal fees?

Do they charge any admin fees?

Do they charge an application fees?

 

You will find that many of the "excellent factoring companies" have their share of hidden fees.
